About 

Maggie has been a stage manager since early high school, and her love for the position has only grown since then. Throughout her undergraduate experience she has focused on taking every opportunity to work in theatre spaces in any way that she could to learn as much as she could about all facets of theatre. 

 

A few examples of this are that she has worked on the electrics staff for lighting for the past two years, she was an Undergraduate Associate for two theatre classes (one being the department’s first year experiences class that focuses on community building, and the other being stage management) and she worked in sound as a microphone wrangler for a large-scale musical. She has also helped produce several new student written works. This semester she is leading the wardrobe crew for the department's production of Puffs, or Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic

 

Although she considers herself to be well rounded in all areas of theatre, her focus is in stage management. She had the unique experience of being the lead stage manager for five mainstage productions in her undergraduate experience that have prepared her well for what comes next.

 

Maggie recently recieved her BA in Theatre and Arts Management with a minor in Digital Marketing from Miami University, and she is searching for post-graduate opportunities. She is currently based in the Cincinnati area.
